Performance/Tech Rental: Our performance space can be rented for your performances. This includes the stage, backstage areas, dressing rooms, access to lighting and sound systems, audience, lobby, public bathrooms and patron parking. Other services are available for additional fees. Rehearsal/Audition Rental:Our backstage rehearsal/audition room measures about 50' x 40', is well ventilated with a wood floor and plenty of light. Tables and chairs provided at no cost.
Residence Rental: Our actor residence is suitable for short term stays while in production of your show. Six dormitory style rooms on the second floor offer individual privacy with a shared kitchen/common area and two full bathrooms. Certain "house rules" will apply.
Office Rental:"The Loft at Stageworks" is the ideal spot for a small company to work out of. It is secure, private, clean and quiet. Priced right and ready for immediate occupancy.
